- Facilitation of inter-team communication across many agile projects within an organization.
- Presenting an aggregate view of testing to the high-level management.
- Personal support, mentoring, and professional development for testers.
- Being an escalation point for testers.
- Providing technical expertise, e.g. proper use of test techniques in appropriate cases.
- Inspiring, motivating and moving the testing process forward.
- Building a path for successful cooperation between testers of different levels.

Job Requirements
- Take care of all the other Quality Engineers concerns such as whether Software testing can be automated
- whether components can be tested independently from the rest of the package, and how much information is written to the log files.
- Create help materials and help files to be shared with the new team members.
- Review business requirement documentations \ Backlogs \ Scope.
- Conduct complex business cases of test cases and testing types.
- Generate scripts used for automation, load and performance testing.
- Help the other engineers to finish the user stories to meet up with the Sprint End Date.
- Define and track the testing metrics.
- Design and execute Test cases.
- report defects and support it with recording or screenshots.
- Verify bugs fixing.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed and verified.
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Being able to adapt new technologies that shall add value to the QA processes and practices
