**Customer Care Agent ( Virtual Customer Service)**:
**Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient solutions and initiate proper alternate options for resolving the issues/cases.
- Accurate coordination of customer requests to ensure that all requests directed to the right paths and processed effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers and handle them in a reliable and professional manner.
- Ensure good collaboration and communication within departments.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Solve Customers' Problems.
- Follow up customer cases and ensure case handle/closure within KPIs frame.
- Researching required information using available resources and systems.
- To be solid link between external customers and internal departments in order to clarify and solve case situation.
**Position Skills, Qualification and Experience**:
- Bachelor Qualification - logistics, or any relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Export & Import Customer Service within shipping line industry.
- Aware well about the whole process of customer documentation job is a must.
- Good knowledge of the English language is a must due to the job natural.
- Excellent PC skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
