**About the role**:
You are part of a team composed of cloud computing engineers and technical project managers.
- You qualify and perform the change requests received from the customers.
- You launch some troubleshooting actions and restore the service when trouble tickets are opened by the customers. You provide some information to customers on a regular basis.
- You proceed to daily operational check lists executions, administrate the customer platforms.
- You improve on a regular basis the technical instructions and procedures in order to raise the quality of service provided to customers.
- You sometimes have to perform some technical operations during non-business hours and On-Call during non-business hours.

Strong Experience in System administration Linux & Windows

Experience in the Infrastructure: VMWare, VCenter, ESX, Cloud Director
Scripting experience is preferred with a proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
Knowledge in Prometheus and Grafana
Fluent in French
Experience 2 to 5 years in the above technologies
