**About the Role**
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Nova Pharma in Egypt & KSA (with some work in the UAE as well), forging strong relationships with veterinary clinics and showcasing our innovative solutions. Your role will involve helping clinics unlock their full potential through our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Master the Solutions: Gain deep knowledge of proprietary tools and third-party services, including AI-powered clinical support, powerful business dashboards, and incredible CE/CPD opportunities.
- Engage with Clinics: Connect with veterinary clinics via in-person visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Build Relationships: Foster trust with clinic owners and practice managers.
- Present with Impact: Deliver tailored presentations that address clinic challenges.
- Close Deals: Guide clinics to select subscription packages that fit their needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to refine services and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Travel: Visit clinics across Egypt, KSA, & the UAE to build face-to-face connections and strengthen client engagement.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Veterinary Expertise: Former veterinarian or veterinary nurse with a deep understanding of clinic operations.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent Arabic + English are a must.
- Business Acumen: You can identify clinic needs and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently and driving outcomes.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Willing to travel across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE.
