Currently, we are searching for a Position Name to join the big team of professionals.

**Project**- IT Solutions.
**Full technology stack on the project** - NodeJS (NestJS), FastAPI (Python), and 3D JS.

**Requirements**:

- Deep experience with NodeJS (NestJS), FastAPI (Python), and 3D JS libraries.
- Strong understanding of real-time 3D rendering, coordinate transforms, and BIM data structure.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Terraform).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (ECS), and microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with IFC data parsing and backend optimization techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Architect and implement backend services for 3D visualization using three.js and NextJS.
- Manage BIM coordinate systems, data layering, and level-of-detail optimizations.
- Design REST APIs and pub/sub systems for frontend-backend-AI integration.
- Ensure performance scalability (lazy loading, async pipelines, optimized data flows).
- Integrate backend logic with PostgreSQL, S3, Redis, and compliance engines.
