We are seeking a talented Video Producer and Editor with a passion for creating engaging and visually captivating content. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to turn creative visions into compelling video content that resonates with audiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, from concept to execution.

**Working hours are from Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting engaging and visually appealing video content that captures the audience's attention.
- Executing video production from a concept or brief, understanding the vision, and transforming it into a compelling video narrative.
- Collaborating closely with clients and team members to bring creative visions to life.
- Ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality edits for a polished final product.
- Managing video production schedules and deadlines to keep projects on track.
- Selecting the perfect music and sound effects to enhance the viewer's experience.
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient video production.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new video production tools and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in video production and editing, ensuring high-quality content creation.

- Proficient in using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
