**Customer Service Agent (Fluent English)**

**Leo Trading Agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with fluent English skills to join it’s client “Vodafone” as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies.**
**- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.**
**- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term loyalty.**
**- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.**
**- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services and operations.**
**- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for basic product or service-related issues**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Preferred experience in a customer service role / Fresh graduates.**
**- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.**
**- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.**
**- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure**

Pay: E£11,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
