**ANALYTICAL SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST**:

You will be working as Analytical Sales Support Specialist and will be the part of Process Automation business area for Measurement & Analytics division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to firmly follow the company rules in terms of integrity, code of conduct, safety aspects and ethics, firmly follow and act with ABB value pairs and firmly follow the BU (LBU) priorities & strategy

**Your responsibilities**:

- Having responsibility of 50% of the LBU sales support activities (Sturdies, tendering and proposals), clear responsibility of studies and proposals (Process Analytics & Field Instruments) within the assigned market segments, supporting the internal customers within their complete packaged solutions, following sales guidelines for sales operation documentation procedures & sales pipeline tracking
- Solidly supporting front end sales personnel in achievement of local business unit order received commitments, joining and supporting within technical discussions & site surveys conducted by service / front end sales team within different industries
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by sales organization, managing the first technical inspection to retrieve all the information needed to prepare the proposal, obtaining cost information from relevant internal contacts
- Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluating supplier offers for alignment with specifications, collaborating with supply chain management to coordinate requests of subcontractors, defining cost for the proposed solution and communicating to customer/sales organization
- Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participating in the risk review assessment, ensuring the needed technical support to sales team during technical meeting with customers
- Being in a direct connection with customer to clear up any technical clarifications and ensuring that solution as per customer expectations, regular connection with the front-end sales to agree the offering strategy based on customer category and also to following up the submitted quotes in regular basis

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, Electrical, Mechatronics, communication, or mechanical Engineering.
- Chemical engineering is preferable
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge and experience on process analytics, process analytics integrated solution, sample conditioning systems, field instrumentation, flow measurements, industrial communications protocols and control systems, DCS and SCADA
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory
- Fluency in French language is a plus
