National senior Credit Control Accountant

**Role Accountablities**:

- Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain close links with all customers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with YARDI (ERP System) contract conditions.
- Respond promptly and completely to both clients and internal enquiries.
- Maintaining Credit Control reports accuracy & fully analysing Customer's financial liabilities.
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested.
- Undertake collected & pending debts reconciliations as required.
- Respond to line manager special assignment.
- Interface with management in other departments.
- Provide accurate advice on client’s billing queries.

**Role Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financem or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control.
- Exposure in shopping malls or retail is preferred.
- Exposure to ERP (SAP, Yardi, etc.) is a must.
