1. Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets 2. Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers and Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier. - Follow up calls - Congratulations SMS - Inform customers with new updates - Keep Clear records for the customer and accounts 3. Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited. - Check the data base after coordinating with the secretary team 4. Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities. - Co-ordinate with the Marketing team 5. Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible - Co-ordinate with the secretary team A. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. 6. Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.(discus to add it to secretary tasks ) 7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning. - Through the CRM system 8. Maintain awareness of company properties, real estates, projects and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible. - Check the Marketing updates - Visit the Company sites - Check the Available for selling list - Check the price list - Check the Competitors report from the “marketing Team” - Attend the Training and orientations held by the “Human resources team” - Maintain accurate and up-to-date Available for selling and delivery records. *And any Tasks related to your Job.
