Senior Interior Designer

Develop and deliver renderings of complex, photo-realistic and stylized CG furniture and lighting, environment assets and effects into shots for all interior design projects.
- 3D modeling, texturing, animating, lighting and rendering of interior design elements.
- Understand and follow style guides to guarantee the consistency of the project
- Work collaboratively with team members and design director to effectively & efficiently meet client expectations.
- Responsible for managing a team and projects from a design, and technical perspective. Responsible for managing projects from concept through to the tender stage.
- Work directly with clients to ensure that their expectations are met by conducting regular meetings until design ideas approval is achieved.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Confer with Design to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
- Confer with the Interior Design Director on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
- Develop and improve the plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to the intended purposes, such as raising productivity.
- Select or design, and purchase furnishings, artworks, and accessories.
- Render design ideas in form of drawings.
- Create comprehensive Mood boards and sample boards.
- Carry out of other duties as directed by Interior Design Director/GM.
- Adhering to management instructions explicitly in terms of flexibility and teamwork is mandatory.
- A brief of all projects and actions
Pay: E£72,378.71 - E£87,165.76 per year
