Pagie Portal Gaming, a game development and design company, is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to join our creative team. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual with a passion for 3D art and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. This is a full-time position based in our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation of high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for use in game development
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that 3D assets meet technical and design requirements
- Work with software such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender to create 3D art
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and overall visual experience across all projects
- Mentor and provide artistic guidance to junior artists
- Contribute to the creative brainstorming process and provide artistic input

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D art skills and versatility in style
- Proven experience in leading the creation of 3D assets for game development
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender)
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Creative, detail-oriented, and ableto work well under deadlines

**Salary**: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
