**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for
**IT Compliance Senior Officer** for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing the Regulatory Compliance Matrix “RCM” for technology related business division (such as IT, ISO, Digital Channels, Digital Transformation,etc) that captures all laws, regulations and rules that govern the activities of captioned division and which are used by the latter to conduct semi-annual self-assessment.
- Ensure self-assessments of the above mentioned units are completed as per the timelines
- Conduct and overseeing the independent testing process against the approved RCMs based on the approved annual compliance testing plan.
- Issues resulting from the above testing should be promptly escalated to the Regulatory Compliance Unit Head and to the Head of Compliance while working with the impacted division on developing an adequate corrective action plan and ensure the closure of the issue as per the agreed upon deadline.
- Assist in coordinating for the regulatory examinations for technology related business division (such as IT, ISO, Digital Channels, Digital Transformation,etc.)that are conducted on the bank’s activities
- Assist in reviewing the Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for technology related business processes (such as IT, ISO, Digital Channels, Digital Transformation,etc.).
- Assist in reviewing new or revised offered technology related banking products to ensure that they are in line with the regulatory guidelines.
- Work with Project Management & Digital Transformation to ensure that all new projects comply with all laws, regulations and rules.
- Prepare the required reports to be submitted to the Audit Committee or Executive committee

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from faculty of computer science or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Information Technology / Information Security in the banking sector or auditing firm.
