As a Social Media Manager at Evershare, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's and clients' social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective social media campaigns across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies for the agency and its clients, aligning with their respective goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to define campaign objectives, key messages, and content themes.
- Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Curate content from various sources to supplement original content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand's tone, voice, and values.
- Implement social media campaigns and initiatives, including promotions, contests, and influencer partnerships, to drive engagement and achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and optimize social media profiles and pages for the agency and clients, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and reflective of current trends.
- Stay informed about algorithm changes, new features, and best practices on social media platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Explore emerging platforms and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to coordinate social media activities and align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions related to social media efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Portfolio of previous social media campaigns or content creation projects.
- Certification in social media marketing or related field (optional but preferred).
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving social media trends and platforms.
