Remote QA Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Remote supervision on Rollout Team field teams on all field activities in different projects inside and outside Egypt.
- Acceptance and Quality auditor for finished tasks by reviewing installation to match customer acceptance criteria and Ericsson standard.
- Reporting on weekly basis with closed tasks with updated acceptance status and QI reports.
- Technical support for field teams in all TRM activities including guiding, following up and troubleshooting for any raised issues.
- Investigator for any incident done by team in his activity and report results to Project.
- Working as 1st line support and analyst for escalated cases from customer and advisor for recommended actions.
- Interfacing with expert team (Support or integration team) if issue isn’t solved by an initial troubleshooting procedure to request their support.
- Assessor to conduct assessment / interview for new injected teams in Projects.
- Presenting technical and awareness sessions for new Transport technologies or improvement of teams’ competence.
- Support projects in trials or FNI activities for new Transport HW items.
- On site join visit with filed team on special / limited cases like (trial - problematic link - OJT -)
- Working on NRO tools for communications with field teams (ERITOP - Team viewer - WhatsApp -) for each activity for recording and tracking of all actions taken in site.

**Qualifications**:

- XPIC functionality and different configurations of XPIC MW links.
- SD functionality and different configurations of SD MW links.
- Eband functionality and different configurations of Eband MW links.
- Installation and commissioning of different Ericsson Products especially new IDU family (MINI-LINK 6600) in additional to old family (Traffic node TN ).
- Physical and software troubleshooting on hardware problems, raised alarms and BER issues.
- E2E DCN configurations, testing and troubleshooting to ensure that Node is visible from operation team.
- E2E traffic routing (PDH and Ethernet) including configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure that site is on-air.
- Swap, Upgrade and Rerouting MW links including configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure that traffic is restored, and sites delivered to Integration and Operation teams.
- New MW link setup like MIMO or MBB different scenarios.
