You will be working as LVS Project Manager and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to LVS 3101 LPG Manager and will be responsible to lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage projects with value from 5: 10 MUSD per year, leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines
- Allocating project tasks, motivating, monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
- Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies, effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow, identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Capturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project, ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed
- Coordinating with Supply Chain Management & successfully procures required services, materials for the project from external and internal suppliers, supporting supply chain in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes
- Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues and ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering is preferable
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience, project complexity: more than 200 points, managing projects with value 5:10 MUSD per year., ABB certified PM or at least
- Associate PM ,Or PMP certifiedPMP certification or ABB project management certification will be an advantage
- Experience developed in utilities, power stations and energy market will be an advantage
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, Arabic language is a privilege
