**Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design medium size to large-scale integrated solutions, including Passive and Active Networking Systems, UPS, Home Automation, IP Intercom, CCTV, Access Control, GRMS, Energy Efficient Solutions and Data Center Solutions
- Propose document and estimation sheet preparation (project cost sheet + project plan)
- Design rack distribution, riser diagrams, and single line diagram for approval and implementation
- Review specs/CAD drawings, preparing itemized BOQ to meet project demands
- Send technical requirements to manufacturers/ distributors/sub-contractors and request a competitive quotation to be reviewed technically and financially
- Prepare and submit a full technical compliance proposal to meet project and consultant requirements
- Design Structured Cabling, Automation, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, PABX, Digital Signage, FTTH, GPON, and Data Center Solutions
- Attend pre/post tender meetings, solution presentations
- Present the designed solution/architecture in post tender meetings and solution presentations to client/contractor
- Able to manage project requirements with industry and product technical knowledge With the ability to hand over to the project implementation team and the site consultant

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Must have knowledge in DPS /SIRA, MCC and other industry regulations for designing a security solution as per standards
- Experience in below products/brands is of high advantage: Milestone, Axis, HKvision, Lenel, Gentec, Samsung, Pelco, Seetec, SSK, HID,Kerisys, Suprema, Commend, Comelit, Fermax, Commscope, Belden, Excel, Corning, HP, CISCO, Allied Telesis, R&M, Schneider, Legrand, Magnetic, Crestron, Leviton, Lutron, Bosch, APC, RITTAL (and-or) Equivalent products

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Connectivity Systems design and estimation
- BSc of Engineering - Electronics/Computers/ Electrical major
