We are a short videos mobile app, we are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing short videos to be listed on our app
**Responsibilities**:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished short videos
- Trim and fine-tune video segments to ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless integration of audio, visual effects, and graphics.
- Enhance videos with color correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production techniques to achieve the desired aesthetic and overall quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team, clients, or stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve your skills and deliver cutting-edge video content.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient file management and archival practices.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions for improving video content and storytelling.
- Work within project timelines and effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and creativity.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, including composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of audio editing techniques, color grading, and motion graphics is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and keeping up with industry trends.
