Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s

overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and

innovation within the organization.
- Oversee IT budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to support strategic

priorities.
- 2. Infrastructure and Operations Management:

- Lead the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers,

networks, and data centers, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures to protect

company data and IT assets.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime

and ensure resilience.
- 3. Digital Transformation and Innovation:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives, automating processes, and integrating new

technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with other departments to identify opportunities for technology solutions

that can streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Stay current with technology trends and innovations, providing guidance on

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are

completed on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers,

ensuring quality and accountability.
- Implement project management best practices, ensuring structured and efficient

- 5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and innovation.
- Define roles and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular

performance reviews.
- Encourage skill development and professional growth within the IT team.

Job Requirements

6. IT Governance and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards, such

as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high

levels of security, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas

for improvement.

7. Stakeholder Management and Communication:

- Act as the primary IT contact for senior leadership, presenting updates,

performance reports, and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align IT initiatives with business

requirements and operational needs.
- Communicate complex technical issues and strategies clearly to non-technical

stakeholders.
