Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s
overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and
innovation within the organization.
- Oversee IT budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to support strategic
priorities.
- 2. Infrastructure and Operations Management:
- Lead the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers,
networks, and data centers, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures to protect
company data and IT assets.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime
and ensure resilience.
- 3. Digital Transformation and Innovation:
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, automating processes, and integrating new
technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with other departments to identify opportunities for technology solutions
that can streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Stay current with technology trends and innovations, providing guidance on

- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers,

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards, such

- Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas
