**Project** Description**:
One of our client in Egypt is implementing Temenos Infinity Loan Origination System to offer their loan products to its customers. DXC/Luxoft is providing end to end testing services to ensure quality of the product delivered by implementation partner.

**Responsibilities**:

- 7+ Years of relevant experience in Functional Testing or Quality Assurance in Banking Sector
- 3 to 5 years of Test Management Experience
- 3 to 5 years of domain experience in any of the banking domain such as LOS, onboarding, workflow systems etc., Temenos or Infinity systems experience is an added advantage.
- To evaluate the functional scope and understand the team requirement for the engagement
- Effectively draft test strategy document inline with program In-scope and Out-scope items. Schedule the planned testing rounds (SIT, UAT & Regression) to match program objective
- Conduct Test Strategy walkthrough with all program stakeholders and obtain their Sign Off
- Manage deployment plan for all identified program associates in line with program schedule and work break structure
- Enable the team to understand the business requirement and guide them towards effective test design drafting
- Enable Automation team to understand the program automation strategy and commitment
- Act as bridge between Functional and Automation team in identifying the automation scope for the program
- Schedule test design walkthrough with program signatories and obtain their concurrence in form of sign off on the final test design across all modules
- Table the pre-requisites with Client's IT team from environment provisioning perspective such as User ID creation request in line with user profile validation, VDI access, DM access etc.,
- Prepare COB plan and Run plan for the identified scope before commencement of every testing round. Obtain concurrence on the COB plan with Batch Ops team for seamless EOD processing
- Commencement of SIT/UAT rounds with prior Smoke & Sanity testing rounds. Establish the results of Smoke & Sanity test to all program stakeholders
- Effectively monitor the daily test execution in line with the run plan prepared without any deviation
- Monitor the Automation team's productivity on a daily basis, which should be in line with daily planned program productivity
- Ensuring the testing team to meet the daily minimum required execution %
- Enable the team to report valid functional defects as part of testing
- To conduct defect triage on daily basis and effectively moderate the same
- To prepare and circulate the periodic Status Report about test execution and defect management to all program stakeholders
- To create an exit evaluation report on a need basis, projecting the program status in line with quality gateways mentioned in Test Strategy to all program stakeholders
- Creating Test Closure report and obtain sign off from all program signatories
- Provide an overall sign off or concurrence (depending on program strategy) to program stakeholder on Testing results as go-ahead for Go Live Preparation
- Preparing comprehensive Project Closure Report and obtain sign off (depending on program strategy)

**Skills**:
Must have

Test Management, Test Planning, Test strategy creation, Team Management, Tracking test execution/progress. Generate periodic reports, defect management, Test closure.
