**THE POSITION**:
We are looking for a Specialty Care Partner based in Egypt. This position will be responsible in effectively representing and promoting Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) core products to existing and potential customers, by presenting the benefits of BI products, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share. Key responsibilities in this role include offering innovative, tailored solutions for key accounts ensuring long term presence of the oncology portfolio whilst adhering to company best practices. This position will be reporting to the National Business Manager.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Sales Planning:

- Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing business in assigned accounts and to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets/objectivesMonitors the sales development and performance of Boehringer Ingelheim respiratory products

Sales Execution:

- Works closely with franchise/ Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing business in assigned districts to ensure achievement of district sales targets/objectives
- Plan and schedule daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver the company's core product messages
- Record and monitor product sales and obtain feedback from existing customers on product performance and activitySecure a consistent and sustainable growth in sales and revenue by identifying and developing new market opportunities

Account Management:

- Obtain and provide information about the development in accounts on their purchasing medicines and developments regarding healthcare projects
- Monitor the competition through intelligence activities on Key AccountsAchieve or exceed overall sales targets via appropriate resource utilization as well as frequent visits to key stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong and long partnerships with all key stakeholders and ensure their full awareness of Boehringer Ingelheim product benefit to the patientsPropose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that need to build productive relations between the accounts and the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Market
- Previous experience in the MOH sector, Institution sector and/or respiratory is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
