**Program Overview**:
What we thrive for at EDGE Program, is to provide our interns with a balance of professional and personal development to better kick start their career path. As an intern at MaxAB, you'll own projects that not only challenge you professionally, but also make a direct impact on the business.

EDGE Program is a 3-month internship program focused on growing and elevating high potential talents through real hands-on experience in different fields.

EDGE is designed to give its interns full hands-on experience through rotating across MaxAB's different functions which are: Data, Marketing, Product, Operations and Marketplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking and participating in projects designed to develop professional skills.
- Participating in planning and implementation of projects and initiatives within the area of expertise.
- Interacting directly with colleagues in the planning of assignments and day-to-day operational problems.
- Receiving training and mentoring from a professional personnel in planning and carrying out project assignments.
- Performing job-related duties as assigned.

**What we look for**:

- Final year/graduate from an accredited university.
- Related area of study.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- English fluency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Posses a high level of interpersonal skills.
