**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance - New Cairo, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Airline Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with care and professionalism
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus
