**Job Title**:Chains Optimization & Connectivity Executive
**Department**: **Global Chains Direct Connectivity
**Location (primary)**:Cairo, Egypt

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the integration process and overlooking testing on platforms.
- Working closely with hotel partners and internal customers for problem resolution and escalation, providing day-to-day operational and technical support.
- Handling daily operations with key switches - DHISCO and DerbySoft, etc.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production for connected hotels and chains in remit using relevant production reports. Identify gaps, and opportunities and take necessary actions to optimize all commercial and technical aspects to drive Room Night and Revenue Performance.
- Identify System issues, investigate the obstacles, and create the technical development plan to improve the connectivity for DI platforms.

**Essential Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Proven experience in the hotel or travel industry.
- Educated to degree level.
- Strong business relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and own quality control ability.
- Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and orally).
- Understanding of electronic distribution channels used for distribution of lodging products.
- Fluent in English - Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
