**Requirements**:
Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:

- _1 year experience in customer service or call center. _
- _Must be a graduate of any field. _
- _Work from Home only Opportunity. _
- _Fluent in English and Arabic _
- _Excellent Communication skills _
- _Excellent Microsoft Office skills _

**_Responsibilities _**:

- _Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases _
- _Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters _
- _Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner _

**_Working Arrangement _**:

- _Working remotely _
- _Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: from 7:00 pm to 12:00 pm (5 hours) _
- _Friday and Saturday: from 1 pm to 9:00 pm (8 hours) _
- _Tuesdays OFF_
