**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement state management using Redux and Redux middleware.
- Integrate native features using iOS/Android native modules.
- Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration with Laravel-based APIs.
- Debug and optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks related to React Native and mobile development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **React Native Developer** with a strong portfolio of published apps.
- **Expert-level proficiency in Redux** and state management.
- Strong experience with **native iOS/Android integrations** (using Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin).
- Solid understanding of **REST APIs** and integrating with backend services, particularly **Laravel**.
- Experience with mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVP, MVVM), and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as **Git**.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **TypeScript** in React Native.
- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks like **Jest**, **Mocha**, or **Detox**.
- Experience with **Firebase**, **Push Notifications**, and other third-party services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
