**Job Title: Investment Analyst**:
**Scope**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment Analysis**: Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support investment strategies.
- **Portfolio Management**: Monitor and track the performance of investment portfolios, preparing periodic reports.
- **Due Diligence**: Assist in analyzing financial statements, assessing risks, and preparing investment reports.
- **Strategic Support**: Work with senior team members to evaluate investment strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare investment presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to facilitate investment activities and post-investment management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field**. A CFA certification or Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in **investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or financial analysis**.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **financial modeling and investment valuation techniques**.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- High proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Competencies**:

- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High ethical standards and integrity.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the **energy or utilities sector** is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with **international investment regulations and financial reporting practices**.
