**Overview of the role**:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.

**What you will do**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate and explain products clearly and confidently
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Assist with purchases, including locating items or placing special orders
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support other duties as needed to ensure smooth store operations

- الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات
- المساعدة في عمليات الشراء، بما في ذلك البحث عن المنتجات أو تقديم طلبات خاصة
- معالجة عمليات الدفع والإرجاع والاستبدال باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS)
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم وترتيب منطقة المبيعات
- دعم المهام الأخرى حسب الحاجة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

**What you will need**:

- Sales/customer service experience preferred
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence in recommending products and closing sales
- Ability to learn and use POS systems and product information quickly
