Overview:
Maintain user governance, including sensitive transaction monitoring, WF user assignment, WF table cleanup, review of legacy system users (terminated users, dormant, access request, SoD Matrix) and best execute all GCS controls related to these activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure correct assignment of user access within the master data WF.
- Correct monitor accesses granted to direct data master transactions.
- Perform constant cleanups and monitoring of WF user tables to ensure agents are active and flow is not affected.
- Monitor the use of sensitive transactions which comprises of high-value, important vendors / customers.
- Execute controls related to user monitoring.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across different locations.

Qualifications:

- 2 -3 years of experience.
- Experience in control, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Experience in Audit, Control & SOX program.
- Experience Implementing Business Process Controls (SOX) and Audit Remediation Plans.
- Background on the functional area and business process experience. Including Planning and analysis, reporting, Control, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cost Accounting, etc.
- Business process knowledge for each data domain.
- Business data control knowledge, with high tone for Control.
- Liaison able to effectively interface between business users, data management and Internal Control.
- Ability to adapt changes quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
- Structure thinking.
- Proven record in delivering results.
- Microsoft office.
- SAP System Knowledge.
- Speak in public.
- English language - Intermediate.
