**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full interior design process from concept development to final implementation.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Supervise and guide junior designers and 3D visualizers.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure design details are executed accurately.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.**
- Minimum **5-8 years of professional experience,** preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Is a must, and Adobe Creative Suite.**
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of local materials, suppliers, and market standards.
- Leadership and mentoring skills for managing design teams.

**Experience**:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience
