**Job Summary**:
The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision and managing the entire lifecycle of the product, from ideation to launch. They work closely with development teams and stakeholders to prioritize and guide product development in line with user requirements and business goals. The primary objective is to deliver value to users while ensuring the product’s commercial success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop Product Vision:

- Create and articulate a comprehensive product vision that aligns with the company's strategy.
- Effectively communicate this vision to the development team and stakeholders to ensure clarity around goals.
- Manage Product Backlog:

- Create and manage the product backlog based on business priorities and user requirements.
- Prioritize features and tasks according to their impact on users and value to the business.
- Collaborate with Development Team:

- Work closely with developers to ensure features are implemented according to requirements.
- Provide clarity and direction to the team on short-term and long-term objectives.
- Market and User Needs Analysis:

- Gather and analyze user feedback and market data to identify user needs and expectations.
- Recommend product improvements and new features based on data-driven insights.
- Participate in Scrum Meetings:

- Take part in sprint planning meetings and ensure the team has a clear understanding of what to achieve in each sprint.
- Review performance and outputs during sprint review meetings.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams such as marketing, sales, and support to ensure the product’s success.
- Provide regular updates on product development progress and expected release timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management or as a Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
