Roles & responsibilities
- Assess IT needs and requirements
- Translate business needs to IT requirements to initiate IT projects
- Examine IT capabilities
- Manage IT projects to build IT capabilities
- Identify potential IT issues to pre emptively address
- Provide technology advice and guidance to business leaders
- Integrate new technology and solutions into existing portfolio
- Improve process efficiency
- Assist in building longer term IT strategies and roadmaps
- 2nd Line of Support in Network & Infrastructure Area
- Administering Voice Solutions for Normal Users & Call Centers
- New Sites Network implementation & Support
- Ensure Hardware & Software Compliancy
- Configuring Switches, Routers & Access Points

Experience & profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 3-5 Years of Proven experience as a System administrator, Network administrator, or a similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Experience with cloud solutions, SAAS and mobile solutions
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup / recovery
- Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) - CCNA Routing & Switching - etc..) is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of systems and hardware
- Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders and vice versa
