- Take charge of the HCM area, looking for improvements and delivering on business requirements.
- Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday HCM.
- Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday HCM.
- Help manage projects related to the Workday HCM, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features.
- Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
- Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed.

**ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?**
- 3+ years’ Workday experience in Workday HCM.
- Reporting and/or Integration experience would be an advantage.
- Certified in Workday Core HCM.
- Workday Core Integrations and Workday Studio certification would be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the business process framework with the ability to make recommendations on improvements.
- Experience of rebuilding in a post-go-live/post-production environment.
- Experience in managing Workday releases.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
