**Technical Services Developer**

The Technical Services Developer role is a hybrid of developer, consulting, and project management responsibilities. It requires understanding customer business needs, gathering requirements, and building solutions to meet those needs and requirements.

Once trained on the platform and tools, you will quickly start working directly with customers and with our cross-functional teams. You will be involved at many stages of the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing maturity. Our Technical Services Developers are responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop custom connectors or extensions using the DryvIQ Integration API/SDK

Manage projects and workload with limited supervision

Possess technical skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical customers

Understand how to leverage technology solutions for supporting business goals, providing guidance on supported and not supported technical scenarios

Participate in presales activities, design and/or implementations

Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices

Create/review quotations, design documentation architectural diagrams

Work with engineering and adhere to DryvIQ coding standards

Drive activities to deploy the solution that provides the expected business value to the customer

Project specific responsibilities include working within budget, timeline, and scope

**Knowledge / Skills**:
Extensive experience with software patterns and standards (MVVM, OAuth, other frameworks using OO principles)

Familiarity with asynchronous programming

Strong skill in automated testing including mocking

Experience programming against Web services (primarily REST)

Proficiency in Microsoft.Net, and C#

Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

Ability to work with React/Redux, Typescript and JavaScript ES6.

Familiarity with NodeJS and NPM

Experience with HTML5, React.js

5+ years of software development experience.

Experience in.NET / C#,.NET Core.

Experience in T-SQL (SQL Server).

Expereince in ML/AI is a plus.

Experience with Git and TeamCity

Ability to refine basic stories and find ‘hidden requirements’

Microsoft SharePoint development, and/or any ECM platform development experience will be a big benefit.
