Customer Support Specialist

iSchool, a prime leader in the e-learning industry dedicated to enriching the lives of students with innovative coding and artificial intelligence courses, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and educators. You will ensure that every customer interaction is met with professionalism and care while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Support customers throughout the registration and payment process.
- Educate customers about our courses, features, and services to enhance their e-learning experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer support processes.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of customer support experience in a technical environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
