**Requirements**:

- Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques
- Ability to create high-quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines
- Self-motivated, detailed, and good at problem-solving.
- Portfolio of complete designed projects.
- At least 2 years of professional experience editing, animation, and producing video and graphic design.
- Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. After Effects Photoshop, Premiere, illustrator).
- Very good in English.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Passion for motion design and storytelling.
- Time and resource management skills.
- Ability to learn fast and take direction.
- A keen eye for detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
- Work with multiple teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation characters etc for graphic design.
- Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas with other team members.

**Salary**: E£4,000.00 - E£6,000.00 per month
