Finance Manager

DigiSay's objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region using technology targeting the global market and making sure it's a great place to work for.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial Modeling, Projections, and Valuations
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial projections, evaluating their alignment with long-term business objectives and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Take the lead in evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and long-term financial strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Drive the valuation process for acquisitions, investments, and other significant financial decisions using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling
- Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain the financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across departments.
- Evaluate financial projections and their impact on long-term business strategy, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and growth levers.

Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the development of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing executive-level insights into key performance indicators, financial results, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
- Manage group-wide reporting processes, including long-term financial and cash flow forecasts, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and ongoing performance tracking.

Strategic Business Partnering & Advisory
- Act as a key financial advisor to cross-functional departments, ensuring financial best practices are embedded throughout the organization.
- Leverage financial insights to drive business improvements, support decision-making, and guide management in strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial risk assessments, identify potential financial vulnerabilities, and collaborate with leadership to mitigate those risks.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance financial controls and implement best practices throughout the organization to ensure operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is required.
- 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or related fields, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Financial analysis tools.
- Strong expertise in Building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
