**About the role**

Digital Marketing is transforming the way we do business. Here at Wavemaker, we believe that media, content, and technology are at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven senior content executive who will be primarily responsible for creating compelling concepts to bring that vision to reality through impeccable execution.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about creating content and branded storytelling with some work experience in an agency environment and has at least 3 years of experience in this discipline.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop innovative, original content ideas with keen understanding of consumer insights.
- Work closely with the content director on implementing content strategies for our biggest clients.
- Manage social media platforms, including content optimization.
- Create, design and optimize content for social media, digital platforms, TV and other media as part of campaigns, keeping in mind clients’ recommendations and suggestions.
- Work with internal strategy teams to craft briefs for content & activation concepts
- Collaborate with moderation team on extracting insights that are useful for content creation.
- Work closely with the design team to execute visual ideas.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Facilitate client-agency communication.
- Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing implementation.

**Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branded content at publisher or agency.
- A compelling and engaging storyteller.
- Thorough understanding of target audiences related to different brand needs.
- Experience with putting together presentations and creative proposals to deliver ideas.
- Creative Arabic and English copywriting skills.
- Experience with content production is a plus.
