Transformation Sr. Lead- Power Platform vois

**Role Purpose**:
Managing the whole cycle starting from understanding stakeholder needs and problem definition, designing the wireframes and building the end solution.

Work closely with the business teams to build end to end fully automated solutions over power apps.

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Design automation proposals, solutions and standards based on allocated project requirements, including feature engineering, system/tooling development and validation.
- Defining success criteria for the testing of solutions owned and developed by self, ensuring successful deployment into live operations.
- Collaborate with other Developers to share knowledge to grow the capability of the wider system being deployed. Provide training where required.
- Ensure Designs are documented and signed off in line with the standards and governance directed by the Lead Development Authority

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to help collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Identify tactical and strategic continuous improvement opportunities for data modelling, automation, development, and deployment - tooling which is currently predominantly based on a MS SharePoint platform.
- Design, build and deliver robust systems/tooling in line with the scope set out within allocated projects and keep under continuous review to ensure features and functionality are current and in line with operational requirements.
- Define pre-deployment systems testing criteria and support systems testing for allocated projects and carry out any associated break fix activity as required
- Act as an integral member of the deployment team, taking responsibility for developing and guiding solutions from a technical perspective
- Build and adapt standard, reusable automation use cases and artefacts, converting defined operational requirements into system functionality working with our Business Change & Transformation team.
- Work effectively with the Development Authority, Digital IT, Business Change, Platform and Automation colleagues to review technical stories ensuring they are aligned to defined design principles and in line with the IT architecture vision and standards and Tooling Strategy adopted.
- Act as stand into the Technical Authority when on leave - ensuring continuous availability of tooling service
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, and easy to business stakeholder. easy to digest for C-suite level stakeholders
- Strong business sense, Excellent communication, and comprehension skills: confident communicating with people of differing levels of seniority, analytical understanding and from a wide variety of backgrounds
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities
- Proven ability to work cross-functional teams to translate business issues into potential Transformation solutions (listening, questioning, challenging etc.)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). additional languages are a plus
- Telecom experience is a plus

**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics.
- 8+ years' experience in Microsoft power platform tools.
- Existing SharePoint experience preferred and understanding of at least one other development language and tools such as: Python, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, Nintex, InfoPath, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL
- Hands on Power Automate integration with different Power Platform products.
- Hands on Power BI reporting and Integration with Power Platform Products
- Ability to use MS Visio for illustrating solutions Flows.
- Preferred to attend and Pass PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Exam.
