Description
**Incubation management**:
Design the program for one cycle.
Coordinate with the communication team for the announcement of MINT Incubator.
Prepare a full cycle agenda for the whole duration of the incubation.
Coordinate with other partners to announce the program at their platforms.
Scout, and finalize all the deals with benefits partners.
Get all the internal approvals if needed.
Plan and execute the filtration process.
Reach out to external and internal judges for the pitch competition.
Reach out to external mentors and workshop providers for the mentorship program and content plan delivery.
Reach out to different investment groups to participate in MINT networking events.
Prepare and execute all internal events within the cycle (investors’ dinner, speed mentoring, etc.)
Prepare and design all the database of startups, feedback forms, needs assessment survey, and other necessary documents
Follow up on a bi-weekly basis with incubated startups.
Submit an end of cycle report by the end of the cycle.
**Business development**:
Mapping of startups ecosystem partners.
Prepare new initiatives and / or programs.
Scout potential partners that can collaborate on the new initiatives.
Receive and analyze all the partnership inquiries and requests.
Follow up with potential partners and co-design the program.
Prepare an action line with a clear and realistic timeline.
Scout all the local and international events for MINT Acceleration participation.
Brief Head of Entrepreneurship Services for the programs and initiatives that are ready to be executed
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or any other related field, Entrepreneurship certification is to be considered an asset
8-10 years of experience in xxx Field, Preferred exposure in incubators, accelerators and other ecosystem enablers.
Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
**Skills**:
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
