About the role Four Seasons Resort at Sharm El Sheikh
- What you will doFour Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a Housekeeping Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Housekeeping Manager will assist in the managing and directing of the day to day operations of all housekeeping functions. Assist in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating staff. Respond to guest comments regarding housekeeping or cleanliness related issues. Conduct regular daily walk through inspections of all assigned areas; make note of discrepancies and follow-up for completion. Report and follow-up on maintenance requests, review quality of work, and timeliness of repairs.
- What you bringAt least 2 year of managerial experience and at least two years in the same position. Ability to read, write and English
