**Responsibilities**
- ** Packaging Materials **(Corrugate - Film - Tape - Printing reels - etc.)
- To ensure that deliveries from packaging materials are complying with PepsiCo Standard methods, specifications, PLS, Activity sheets, Cormaline and reference samples.
- To check COA from suppliers and make sure that it covers performance attributes of PepsiCo Standard methods and FS requirements
- To receive, review and confirm that new templates from RMs artworks, Cormaline, Reference samples and deliveries made by suppliers are complying with PLS and activity sheet.
- Ensure that data from measurements and checks were recorded on technical sheets, Technical sheets contains sufficient information relevant to delivery to facilitate traceability process
- Make sure that all defected deliveries were rejected and returned to suppliers.
- ** Flavors, Ingredients, and Inclusions (Flour, Potato Flakes, Salt, Semolina-etc.)**:

- To carry out and record chemical and physical laboratory testing of incoming ingredients and inclusions by following the correct methods of analysis and work instructions.
- Ensure tests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and all results documented and reported correctly following strict methodologies.
- Ensure any non-conformance of standard is reported correctly to laboratory leader/ quality teams/ production (as required), record corrective actions taken.
- Ensure that flavors deliveries are matching with PepsiCo standards FSPV5 and flavor color checked upon receiving vs. reference color samples.
- To review and ensure that performance attributes listed on supplier COA are matching with RMV4 & FSPV5
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) within the lab and Follow all the Lab. documented procedures and instructions regarding HACCP, ISO, Hygiene, and EHS.
- To ensure that deliveries of Flavors, Ingredients, and Inclusions complying with global and regional food safety standards ISO 22000 FSSC, AIB, NFSA.
- Follow-up new versions from Egyptian Standard Methods of Flavors, Ingredients, and Inclusions and make sure that our quality system covered needed ES and ES are up to date.
- ** Automated Case Packer ACP machine.**:

- Follow-up ACP operation defect’s and Corrugate defects.
- Check corrugate deliveries based on CIMT procedure and specifications.
- Corrugate inspection results to be recorded on technical sheets, Data recorded at time of observations.
- ** SAP****:

- To ensure that SAP process completed for accepted/rejected deliveries according to each case individually.
- ** Audits**

Responsible on preparing AIB, FSSC, NAFSA Audits documentations of COA, Technical sheets relevant to RMs for.

**Measures***:

- Submit mail to key persons from GP, quality, Planning and QA when the shipment rejected to generate corrective action from supplier to avoid the reptations which may be affected on production plan.
- Achieve RMs KPI’s
- Monthly assessment for each supplier to check supplier performance KPI’s
- Update reference standard samples and Cormaline when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Food Technology or Agricultural Education Or any other qualification and has the necessary trainings.
- Good Communication Skill and Good English language

- Internal / External Customer Focus
- Familiar with the requirements of FS & Quality systems
