**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers.
- Handles employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Processing all personnel forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the office.
- Other related duties assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
