**Junior Expert Order Management & Logistics Officer**

Are you ready to be the backbone of a fast-moving, global supply chain? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Order Management & Logistics Officer to help drive the seamless journey of our products from forecast to delivery and beyond.

You’ll be at the beginning of your logistics career and eager to grow, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key operational role and start making a real impact.

This role is full time, 40hrs a week, Sunday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with flexibility. Our office is based in Heliopolis, Egypt.

Your Responsibilities:

- Support the full process from order to delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Help maintain sales forecasts to ensure product availability and support business planning.
- Work with the supply chain team to plan cost-effective, timely shipments that meet all requirements.
- Create accurate sales and shipping documents and assist the sales team with pricing and planning.
- Help resolve product issues and ensure customers receive excellent after-sales service.
- Support with tracking payments, credit limits, and financial documents like letters of credit.

What You Bring:

- Confident navigating ERP systems to improve process accuracy.
- Solid understanding of shipping, trade compliance, and timely delivery
- Skilled at coordinating across sales, supply chain, finance, and other teams
- Calm under pressure with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous.
