**The opportunity**

**Project**:This project is for multiple high-rise towers in the heart of Egypt.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the team's full compliance with Mace scope on the project.
- Managing and being fully accountable for the entire project.
- Directing and managing your subordinates in a professional, inclusive and caring manner.
- Establishing project strategies, agreeing with the client, and ensuring these are captured in the project execution plan and other plans as required and are communicated, understood, and complied with.
- Being a leader for matters in relation to health, safety, and well-being on the project at all stages.
- Ensuring the project planning and monitoring of the progress is in line with the strategic goals and in compliance with Mace procedures.
- Ensuring the report of issues is accurate and timely.
- Ensuring the project team develops all necessary project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
- Ensuring project budgets are managed and matters of concern are raised to the client, with recommendations and strategies for VE or remedies of problems where possible.
- Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
- Managing the team, and chairing relevant senior meetings, ensuring these are recorded as required.
- Managing risk management.
- Ensuring the team effectively communicates with all project parties/stakeholders and ensuring suitable records are maintained.
- Encouraging the team involvement in mace foundation, responsible business, and other such initiatives, all in line with Mace vision
- Ensuring the Mace account is always administered in a timely manner and all debt is managed.
- Being proactive in managing the happiness and well-being of your team

**About you**

You will be fully responsible and accountable for your project, provide strategic level leadership and will work with the client and project stakeholders on all key project matters, manage and motivate the Mace team, ensure the plans for planning the project, including design, procurement, project controls and delivery are agreed with the client and communicated to the team, and implemented, manage relationships with the client and other project stakeholders, will be responsible for approval and teams compliance with the project execution plan, and ensure that all relevant parties, through your team, understand these project objectives, will ensure the project is planned, managed and monitored and robust and accurate reporting is in place, manage the Mace account, including invoicing and debt collection robustly, promote Mace and seek further opportunities for Mace, will take the Mace team by example and ensure all HR matters are appropriately managed in an fair, caring and inclusive manner.
