Duties & Responsibilities

1. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.

2. Troubleshoot and repair facilities including welding, electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing, and hi-pressure air and water.

3. Maintain all company facilities and equipment.

4. Order parts needed for repairs.

5. Inspect and upkeep facilities and equipment on a routine basis.

6. Manage, develop and direct activities of all maintenance employees and ensure the technicians are placed on tasks that meet their skill sets.

7. Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for irrigation systems.

8. Maintain the stock of repair parts.

9. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering.
- 5-7 years of professional engineering maintenance experience and preferred in Green house farms or Food industries companies.
- Interest in the hydroponic industry and Knowledge of greenhouse hydroponic production and indoor vertical tower growing systems.
- Knowledge of greenhouse and greenhouse equipment.
- Should be fluent in English and computer.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
