**Responsibilities**:

- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and maintain employee records.
- Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Support training programs and career development initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and ensure a positive work culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a SAAS or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
