As a Technical Manager you will manages future business strategic plans and portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites. You will ensure on-time completion of all type of maintenance services, managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

As a Technical Manager - Production Enhancement, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical guidance and work direction to service delivery people and service delivery technical groups
- Communicating and presenting technical information efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders
- Managing complex project processes and 'connecting all the dots' to define the best approach for varied customer needs
- Developing and integrating processes, short and long-term planning and creating customer solutions to contribute to business strategy and growth.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s in Engineering - major in chemical/petroleum is preferred
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production enhancement (Acid Stimulation, Hydraulic Fracturing, Sand Control in the field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in production enhancement technical support
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
