**Our Mission**:
Our main activity is to ensure that Networks Services provided to Orange Business and Orange Group internal customers meet or exceed established agreements (SLAs, OLAs, etc.).

These networks include Datacenter, MSCs LANs, office LANs with wired and Wifi access, DMZs, INTERNET exits, Remote Access Services for employees and Business Partners.
The Network Engineer provides key metrics across services and produces reports that include a comprehensive view of the health of the service, including period-over-period analysis.
We are engaged in a strong partnership with our service providers, we are committed to ensuring availability, continuity and continual service improvement.

**Job Description - Network Engineer**:

- Serve as a customer advocate and managing the supplier services
- Conduct monthly service reviews
- Analyze trouble tickets to monitor service trends and determine chronic issues
- Participate in, and lead when appropriate crisis management teams for major incidents, RCA and Problem cases where specific to infrastructure as the result of a major incident or chronic issue
- Interact with IT Help Desk, and other internal organizations and provide support to manage issues, escalations, and information requirements
- Manage transverse and complex projects:

- Contribute or lead projects for new interco creation or network design or any other in connection with the Network activity
- Coordinate all stakeholders during major change affecting the Network
- Prepare and present change during CAB

**Votre profil**:
**Skills**:

- Good Knowledge of Networking, IP, routing protocols, DHCP, Web proxies and Internet technologies required
- Basic Knowledge of security technologies such as Authentication, PKI, Encryption, Anti-Virus, Firewalls, and Intrusion Protection is a plus
- Well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple services and needs from providers, staff and partner/customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and make appropriate trade-offs
- Ability to adapt services to changing requirements
- Fluent in spoken & Written English. - French spoken is a plus
