**Android Developer Job Description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges; gather and formulate requirements.
- Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
- Participate in continuous integration and software optimization efforts.
- Deliver features according to Agile software development methodologies
- **Create user-friendly interfaces** to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- **Integrate with backend services** and APIs to fetch and display product data.
- **Implement payment gateways** and ensure secure transactions.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** including product managers, designers, and backend developers.
- **Stay updated** with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
- **Translate designs and wireframes** into high-quality code.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- **Proven experience** in Android app development.
- **Strong proficiency** in Java or Kotlin.
- **Experience with Android SDK** and understanding of Android’s ecosystem.
- **Familiarity with RESTful APIs** and JSON for data integration.
- **Knowledge of third-party libraries** and frameworks.
- **Experience with mobile payment gateways** and security protocols.
- **Solid understanding** of the full mobile development life cycle.
- **Ability to work** in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with team members.
- **Experience with code versioning tools** such as Git.

Pay: E£1.00 per month
